David Oluwole is a self-motivated professional and an
entrepreneur with over 10years hands-on experience in
the field of Marketing & Advertising, Brand Management,
Online Media & Digital Marketing, Advertising
Technology, Business Analysis, Out-Of-Home Advertising,
Project Management etc.
David’s goal is to drive impactful digital Innovation
for high business profitability and He has done this for
several brands and business throughout his career.
He graduated at the University of Benin (UNIBEN), Edo
State, Nigeria with Second Class Upper Division in
Statistics & Computer Science and then went further to
Atlantic International University, Hawaii, USA for his
Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) majoring in
Strategy and Marketing. Aside this, David Oluwole is an
Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing
United Kingdom, A Certified Digital Marketing
Professional from the Digital Marketing Institute of
Ireland, He is Associate Member, Advertising Regulatory
Commission of Nigeria (ARCON formerly known as APCON).
He has obtained several other professional certificates
in Google, Facebook, Twitter, Brand Management etc.
He worked at OrangeOne Limited a Service E-Commerce
Company as a Digital Marketing Executive before moving
to ROI Digital Ltd a subsidiary of Wild Fusion Ltd which
is a Online Media Sales and Digital Advertising Agency
as the Media Sales Manager, then he later proceeded to
Greenwich Merchant Bank Limited as a Digital Marketing
Manager and then later as Senior Brand Manager before
founding an Online Media and Digital Advertising Company
called Baynet Fuse Limited and Brandleep Limited.
David Oluwole is an Inspirational and thought leader and
has shown exceptional leadership capacity in the field
of Marketing and Advertising. David is committed to
leading an excellent team delivering exceptional
performance and building strategic alliance and
partnership with all industry stakeholders.

David Olufemi Oyakhilome is the Human Capital Advisor at
Brandleep Limited, bringing over a decade of
professional experience to the company. David has spent
the majority of his time in managerial positions within
the Construction and Real Estate industry, where he has
made significant contributions to human resource
management and organizational growth.
David holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology
and Anthropology from the University of Benin (UNIBEN).
He is a registered Human Resources professional with the
Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and
is a proud member of the Chartered Institute of
Administration (CIA). Additionally, David is an alumnus
of the prestigious Lagos Business School, Pan African
University.
David began his professional career in 2014 with Accion
Microfinance Bank, where he was part of the talent
acquisition and management team. His journey in human
resources continued when he joined Lekki Gardens Estate
Limited as a Human Resources Officer, later advancing to
Assistant Manager and eventually rising to the role of
Head of Administration, overseeing both the uptown and
Lagos offices. His ability to drive operational
efficiency and manage large-scale administrative
functions played a pivotal role in Lekki Gardens’
success.
Currently, David serves as the Human Capital Advisor at
Brandleep Limited, where he contributes his wealth of
experience in human resources management, employee
relations, and organizational strategy to enhance
operational performance and support the company’s
continued growth.
David is married with children. He has a strong interest
in building meaningful relationships, reading, and
music, which fuel his personal growth and passion for
lifelong learning.

Marketing from OSISATECH POLYTECHNIC, Enugu State, is a
seasoned Sales and Marketing Manager with over 22 years
of experience in the FMCG industry.
Known for his strategic leadership and innovation, he
has consistently exceeded sales targets, with strong
focus in achieving sales targets.
His expertise spans sales activation, business
development, relationship management, and team
leadership, with certifications in Account Management,
Digital Marketing, and Business Management.
